Most of the clients which we have require Class 1 or 2 ultra-pure water. Some are using extremely large volumes.
DESIGN
FWS has the capabilities to design any type of water treatment system, regardless of it's complexity. Additionally, due to our extensive experience in diverse areas of use we can contribute to efficiency, quality and economy of layout.
Package treatment systems, ultra-high purity treatment, and high purity distribution configurations can be designed and built to a client's unique needs, volume and specifications.
PRE-TREATMENT
The pre-treatment process can consist of softening, de-chlorination, and/or multi-media filtration.
SANITIZING
•Chlorination/Other Chemicals: This is done with automatic feeding pumps or injectors into the water supply to meet necessary requirements.
•Ultraviolet sanitation can be performed by using UV light systems to typically remove 99.9% bacteria.
•Ozonation: Ozone is introduced into the water to disinfect the water supply, by acting as a oxidizing agent. This can be produced either through a ozone generator or UV emitting bulbs.
REVERSE OSMOSIS
City/Potable/Well ... supplied feed water:
Systems sized for virtually any volume needs. Reverse osmosis systems remove most suspended or dissolved matter from typically pre-treated water. R/O Systems remove contaminants from the feed water by forcing the water under pressure through a semi-permeable membrane. The water is allowed to pass while the majority of dissolved solids are rejected.
Desalination systems:
Making potable water from brackish or saltwater through high pressure pumps, and membranes. (TDS up to 35,000 ppm)
DEIONIZATION
The production of Ultra-Pure water, virtually free of ionic elements up to a quality of: 18 meg ohm quality or TDS 0.0277 ppm or Conductivity 0.056. Our DI exchange tanks meet the above criteria as we only regenerate in batches. Our DI tanks are exchanged/replaced at your site when delivered by our personnel or by third party shipping.
We also sell very specialized resin media for the removal of specific contaminants.
